Do you hide my bad reviews?

No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Every customer gets the same Google invite, whatever they scored. That kind of “review gating” breaks Google's policies, so RateMate makes it impossible. What we change is speed: you hear about a bad job while it's still a phone call, before it becomes a review.

Is this POPIA-compliant?

Yes. RateMate records consent for every customer, honours opt-outs instantly across all channels, keeps an append-only audit trail, and supports full right-to-erasure on request.
